- Our involvement has included the provision of services as covering:
- Initial site topographical survey;
- Identification and surveying of ‘Watercare Services’ main trunk infrastructure;
- Preparation of resource consent applications for land use planning and freehold subdivision;
- Civil engineering design for wastewater, stormwater, water supply and right-of-way driveway.
- Urban design and presentation to the Council's urban design committee.
- Setting out of buildings and pile foundations.
- Legal land transfer survey for the issue of new certificates of title.
