Portfolio: Greenfields Residential Subdivision

- A 50 lot subdivision for an existing Client in a new residential are in Cambridge.
- This is our second project for this Client, and has necessitated utilisation of our services, including:
- Project management;
- Resource consent applications for land use (earthworks) and subdivision;
- Site Topographical Surveying;
- Subdivision design as incorporating urban design principles;
- Civil engineering design for earthworks, wastewater, stormwater, water supply and roading.
- All stormwater design was attended as utilising ‘low impact design solutions’, i.e. onsite soakage and stormwater retention areas.
- Legal land transfer surveying necessary for the issue of new certificates of title.
- Preparation of ‘cost-to-complete’ documentation and a ‘development agreement’ with Council.
- Preparation of contract documentation, letting of construction tenders, contract management and financial draw-down certification.
An interesting project that challenged our existing skill base and expertise.
