DT Land Development Ltd is a land development consultancy company, specialising in Project Management and Advice, run by Dave Timms. Dave has been working in this area of expertise in Auckland since 1998 and over this time has developed a reputation for integrity and innovation, and is known for his determination to find the best solution for his Clients.
Dave is passionate about good land development and doing the best possible job to achieve his client’s objectives. You will find him to be enthusiastic, an original thinker, have a great work ethic, and be very approachable and down to earth.
